DESCRIPTION:On March 19 at 3pm we held our first social meeting for 2017 as our special guest speaker Bill Slattery reflected on 40 years of buying and selling buses. \nWe finished the afternoon about 5pm with a cuppa and a chance to catch up. \nAs usual\, we met at the Melbourne Tram Museum / Hawthorn Tram Depot\, 8 Wallen Rd Hawthorn near the corner of Power Street. \nTram Routes 70 & 75 stop near-by\, with Hawthorn Station on the Belgrave/Lilydale line a short 10 min walk.
