SUMMARY:BCSV May Meeting: Government Buses in Queensland
DESCRIPTION:Join us for the next installment in our ongoing series of government buses around Australia. Our next meeting at 3pm on Sunday May 20 will look back at government buses in Brisbane and Rockhampton.\n \n Paul Kennelly & Geoffrey Foster will make another joint historical presentation. Paul will present from the early days till 1970 and Geoff will present from 1970 until the present (hopefully without any USB issues!)\n \nOur bi-monthly Sunday meetings are held at Hawthorn Tram Depot / Melbourne Tram Museum\, 8 Wallen Rd\, near the corner of Power St. \nAlight Tram Routes 70 & 75 at Riversdale Junction. Alternatively\, Hawthorn Station on the Belgrave/Lilydale line is a short 10 min walk away. \nEach meeting concludes with a short afternoon tea and chatter on the latest industry gossip. \nBoth members and guests are welcome\, free admission.
