DESCRIPTION:Members joined the Bus and Coach Society of Victoria on Saturday 2 September 2017 for a day out riding heritage buses in Melbourne’s North. \n\n\nThe Higginson family warmly invited us back for a morning of rides on some the Moonee Valley Coaches heritage fleet. After a BBQ lunch\, we headed across to Dysons to celebrate their 65th anniversary by sampling their growing heritage fleet. \n\n\nThe focus of the afternoon was heritage rides rather than a Dysons depot visit.\n\nPICK-UPs & DROP-OFFs\nBus #1\nOakleigh Station (625\, 701 & 733 stop on Johnston St) – Pick-up 9:15am\, Return 5:30pm\nCaulfield Station (624 Kew Stop on Sir John Monash Dr) – Pick-up 9:30am\, Return 5:15pm\nSouthern Cross Station (216 & 219 stop on Spencer St\, north of Lonsdale St) – Pick-up 10am\, Return 4:45pm\nBus #2\nLilydale Station (Bus Interchange) – Pick-up 8:50am\, Return 5:30pm\nRIngwood Station (670 & 679 stop on Maroondah Hwy) – Pick-up 9:23am\, Return 5pm\n(Awaits 9:15am train ex Belgrave & 9:18am train ex City/Box Hill) \n\nLUNCH\n\nBBQ Lunch at Moonee Valley Coaches. Advise of any dietary requirements to tours@bcsv.org.au  \n\nCOST\n\n$10 for BCSV members and $20 non-members. Under 18s half price. New members were welcome to join on the day.
