BCSV July Meeting: PTV CEO Jeroen Weimar

Each year the BCSV invite a guest speaker along to one of our Sunday social meetings to provide their unique perspective on the transport industry in Victoria.
This year we will be joined by Public Transport Victoria’s CEO Jeroen Weimar, who will discuss “Current PTV programs to improve bus services in Victoria and possibilities for the future.”
This will include discussions on the new contact arrangements for metropolitan operators, announcements in the 2018-2019 state budget & the upcoming state election.
There will also be a chance for the audience to ask Jeroen questions.

Our bi-monthly Sunday social meetings are held at Hawthorn Tram Depot / Melbourne Tram Museum, 8 Wallen Rd, near the corner of Power St.
Alight Tram Routes 70 & 75 at Riversdale Junction. Alternatively, Hawthorn Station on the Belgrave/Lilydale line is a short 10 min walk away.
Each meeting concludes with a short afternoon tea and chatter on the latest industry gossip.
Both members and guests are welcome, free admission.
