The Grenda Empire operated services in the 800-series, initially covering the many routes radiating from Dandenong in all directions as well as their local routes in the Chelsea area. Later, routes in Berwick, Brighton and Cheltenham joined this series, followed by Cranbourne routes in 2002. The 900-series was initially reserved for Victorian Railways routes. More recently the series has covered local routes in Sandringham & Pakenham, NightRider / Night Bus services and SmartBus corridors.
