Accordingly, we have agreed to forgo our private BBQ, and instead participants can either support the SES and purchase a snag from them or alternatively, may wish to BYO sandwiches (etc) from home.
The members’ fare remains at $5, which includes morning tea. SES BBQ lunch at your expense.
Non-members fare has been dropped to $15 with the SES BBQ lunch at your expense.
Under 18s half price ($2.50 members & $7.50 non-members).
Hi-vis vests will be required at Moonee Valley Coaches. Limited spares available.
Anyone who has booked a one-way trip home on either the R707 or DERMPAV heritage train services departing Seymour early afternoon MUST email firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure that we aren’t looking for you when we leave Seymour.
Likewise, those wishing to board Bus 2 in Essendon must request this pick-up.
For everyone else, we’d greatly appreciate if you could select “Going” on the Facebook event page to indicate your planned attendance.
