BCSV November Meeting: Invicta/Croydon Bus Service memories

Our next BCSV social meeting will be at the Melbourne Tram Museum in Hawthorn on Sunday 20th November at 3pm.
We will reflect on the glory days of Croydon Bus Service, Invicta United and Invicta in Melbourne’s outer east, before the sale to Grenda Corporation in February 2009.
We are delighted that second generation owner John Usher will be joining us to provide countless insights and memories, including the formation of TeleBus in October 1977.
Each meeting concludes with a short afternoon tea and chatter on the latest industry gossip.

Our bi-monthly Sunday meetings are held at Hawthorn Tram Depot / Melbourne Tram Museum, 8 Wallen Rd, near the corner of Power St.Alight Tram Routes 70 & 75 at Riversdale Junction. Alternatively, Hawthorn Station on the Belgrave/Lilydale line is a short 10 min walk away.
